How can I export my LinkedIn posts?

PerfectPost offers two ways to retrieve your LinkedIn posts and their statistics: a one-click CSV export, or an automatic sync to Notion. Here's how each one works.

Option 1: One-click CSV export

Available on every plan (free and paid).

  1. Log in to app.perfectpost.fr and open the Published posts page.
  2. At the top right of the table, click the download icon (next to the refresh button).
  3. A file named exported_posts.csv is downloaded to your computer.

Columns included:

  • LinkedIn post URL
  • Publication date
  • Post type (text, image, video, poll, document…)
  • Post content
  • The metrics you have enabled: likes, comments, shares, impressions, poll votes, saves, messages sent, engagement rate

Tip: to choose which metrics end up in the CSV, click the gear icon next to the download button and tick the columns you want to include.

Free plan limit

On the freemium plan, the CSV export only contains the posts from the last 28 days. To export your full LinkedIn history, upgrade to a paid plan from your subscription settings.

Option 2: Notion sync

Reserved for paid plans. This option continuously sends your published posts and their statistics into a Notion database of your choice.

  1. Open app.perfectpost.fr/integration.
  2. On the Notion card, click Connect Notion and authorize access to your workspace.
  3. Pick or create the Notion database that will receive your published posts.
  4. Once the database is mapped, head back to Published posts. A new Send my posts to Notion button appears next to the download icon.

From that point on, your posts are synced without any time window, and statistics are kept up to date automatically.
