Accessing List Management Settings

In the list management modal, you can delete a list by clicking on the trash can icon next to the list name. This will permanently remove the list and all its members.

Editing a List Name

To change the name of a list, click on the pencil icon next to the list name. Enter the new name and confirm the changes.

Managing List Members

If you notice that some of your LinkedIn publications are not displayed on your PerfectPost dashboard, it could be due to the refresh frequency of the PerfectPost browser extension. Here's how to address this issue.

Check the Last Update Date

Go to the Analyze / Content page on PerfectPost.
On this page, look at the "Impact of Your Publications" chart. Note the last update date shown next to the chart title, for example, "Last updated on May 10 at 9:32 AM".

Force Data Refresh

The PerfectPost extension refreshes data once a day to minimize interactions with LinkedIn and avoid account blocks. If your recent publications are not visible, you can force a refresh:

Click on the Refresh the Last 50 Publications button.
Notifications may appear at the bottom right of the screen indicating that the extension is retrieving your data.

Select the Draft to Share

Access the interface where all your draft contents are listed. Select the draft you wish to share by clicking on it.

Add Reviewers

In the "Reviewers" section, visible at the bottom right of the editing interface, the profiles of the people or teams with access to the draft are displayed. To add reviewers:

Click on the "+" symbol.
Add people directly by their email address or choose from the members of your team.
